If your date is open, we'll invite you out to walk the property and start planning your perfect event.

Booking Notice
Stillwater Venue is a private property. All bookings require a signed agreement and deposit to hold your date. We recommend reaching out at least 6–12 months in advance for weddings and 3–6 months for other events.
